I have completed Bachelors in Civil Engineering from India and Masters in Structural Engineering from Purdue University,USA. Currently I am working as a Structural Engineer in a global firm.
I strive to live a life centered around my Deen, always prioritizing my relationship with Allah. I pray five times daily in the masjid, fast during Ramadan, recite Quran regularly, and only eat zabiha. I like to attend Islamic classes at the masjid and actively seek knowledge. By no means I am perfect and with all ups and down always try to grow to be a better version!
Personality-wise, I would describe myself as easy going, humble and kind, introvert but extrovert around the right people and sometimes funny. I am a little perfectionist and sometime overthink a lot (trying to fix it!).In my free time, I enjoy cooking, hiking, going to the gym to stay fit, and taking car drives to relax, and spend time vacationing once or twice a year! (road trips) Dont listen to music and... more sometimes do watch movies or shows.I am also ambitious about my career life.I hope to build a marriage rooted in mutual respect, love, and mercy where we support each other to grow in our deen. I believe if you take care of things they last and similarly no marriage can grow and last without efforts and sacrifices.
An ideal spouse for me is loyal, emotionally intelligent, understanding, and grounded in her Islamic values. Im looking for a partner who prioritizes her daily salah, dresses modestly, and wears hijab- ideally with abaya and niqab (or intention to do so in future). Humble, generous and conscious of her rights and responsibilities as a wife. Approaches life and marriage with ihsaan. A partner who understands and prioritizes the role of the wife in nurturing the home and raising righteous children. I would like to raise kids in an islamic environment and prioritize their islamic education more than this dunya and believe its responsibility of both parents equally!
About my family- immediate family includes parents and younger sister, who is very close to me. All of my family is religious and practicing.
My intention is to get married as soon as possible. Prefer a simple and intimate nikkah (The most blessed nikkah is the one with the least expenses).
