Here is a brief introduction about my daughter. She is a family, as well as a career-oriented person. She would like to grow intellectually and work on her deen.
She was in a legal marriage contract with her ex-husband but never moved in with him [no rukhsati]. She took a khula (Islamic right of divorce given to a girl) from him.
She is currently living with us and is working on her education and career. She doesn't believe in the phrase 'striking a (religion)deen & Dunya(world) balance, because it is intrinsically flawed as it implies that deen is at odds with the Dunya, whereas deen is a way of life, not one of its factions.
She grew up in quite a religious family so she has had a firm understanding of halal and haram since childhood, especially with regard to the sources of income and consumption of food items. With time, as her connection with Allah improved, she has changed... more various aspects of her life, such as not listening to music, uploading pictures on social media, celebrating birthdays, etc. She also highly discourages bid'ah and slandering.
She can relocate but prefers to stay in Saudi Arabia, because of the Islamic environment. She wishes to raise her children in an Islamic environment.
While she has made a lot of progress over the years Alhumdulillah, with regard to religious affairs, she believes that there is still a long way for her to go.
Regarding her hobbies, she likes journaling, gardening, and exploring adventures around the world. She is a good listener and always tries her best to give the most suitable advice.
