Work and immigration status : I worked at Intel for almost 4 years in Oregon but have started a new job at Illuminate USA near Columbus, Ohio. Currently, my EB1 Green card is in final stage of getting approved. I work on my Green Card EAD and also do have an opportunity to include my spouse in my current green card process or sponsor later.
